Isagi orders Barou to score a goal. However, in the previous episode, Barou admits that Isagi was the protagonist in the field. Barou also takes time to sort out his feelings. Blue Lock Episode 19 will see how several options are still available, but there is hardly any idea who will be chosen. The team victors now have the heavy burden of having to choose between Reo, Chigiri, and Kunigami. The conflict will be resolved only in the next episode. So, here are all the details for the next episode.
Isagi scores a goal after taking the lead from Barou himself. However, Barou successfully steals the show as his mind had not allowed him to pass the ball to either Isagi or Nagi. It seems that as the anime progresses, the team is going through some major changes. Also, the episodes become more intense as conflicts arise between team members. Barou also scores the winning goal, which leads the team to victory. However, the next stages of the game will be more difficult. So, he reads on to find out more.
The next episode will see the new member of the opposing team being chosen by Isagi, Nagi, and Barou. Since Isagi was the man of the match, chances are that his teammates will allow him to choose the new member of the team. Previously, Isagi had expressed his desire to have Chigiri on the team. Therefore, there is a good chance that Chigiri will join the team next and play alongside Isagi, Nagi, and Barou.
The team will soon head to the fourth stage of the competition. Isagi will challenge Rin Itoshi to a match. He seems like he wants Bachira to come back to his team. As the team heads into the next stage of the match, things will get more serious and intense. Barou, who is used to being the main leader on the field, will also need some time to adjust to the team.
Blue Lock Episode 18 was titled “The Stage for the Lead”. The episode begins with Barou shooting the ball straight from kickoff. But the shot misses. The loose ball then goes to Kunigami, who then passes it to Reo. Barou reaches for the ball and passes it to Isagi, who scores the equalizing goal. Later, Isagi and Nagi come up with a plan without telling Barou. The game then continues with Reo taking the ball. However, Nagi intercepts Reo’s pass and Barou receives the loose ball.
Barou tricks Kunigami and Reo with a punch and scores a goal that makes his team win the match. Later, he explains to Isagi and Niragi that he was very used to being the protagonist on the field and that they were the first two people to steal the limelight from him. The episode ends with Isagi trying to decide which team member to select.
The delight news is that there is no interruption in the release of the latest one. Therefore, the new episode will air on February 18, 2023 at 1:30 am JST. It will also be available to watch on Crunchyroll and Netflix. So, keep reading The Anime Daily for more updates.
