The anime adaptation of Roy and Ririnra’s original novel series was one of the more low-key releases during a tough 2020 for anime, but it certainly had an impact on fans thanks to its casual and more relaxed approach to the Isekai formula. Fans will have a new opportunity to see the series, as it returns for a new set of episodes.
Season 2 of By the Grace of the Gods is scheduled for Winter 2023. Although no date has yet been set, the new episodes have been given a full preview with a new trailer and a new poster showcasing the next stage of Ryoma Takebayashi’s relaxed life in this new world. . Change for this new season?
Takeyuki Tanase returns to direct Season 2 of By the Grace of the Gods at Maho Film. A new screenwriter is however in charge, Yuka Yamada taking over from Kazuyuki Fudeyasu for the new episodes. Yuiko Tatsumi, as Miyabi, will join the cast of the series for the new season and will be featured in this first trailer.
