Join up! Episode 3 – Summary
Join up! Episode 3 saw Akira watching an anime that he has watched repeatedly and when an ad for LEGIT appears on TV, his sister asks him to get Daiki’s autograph since they are in the same agency. After arriving at the agency, Akira also finds out that Daiki goes to the same school as him, but the latter tells him not to talk to him at school.
Akira, Chihiro, and Naoe start preparing for the kind of idol they want to be, but they can’t stop when they hear squabbling in the next room where Daiki and Eishiro are arguing. The assistant overhears what is happening, and we learn that Daiki and Eishiro are fighting over the authority of the dance. The latter tells the former about his tantrum and his selfishness.
They end up leaving the agency to freshen up, and accidentally find Eishiro at a restaurant where Naoe works part-time. Akira, Chihiro, and Naoe learn of Eishiro’s dream to be the president of Japan and he is becoming an idol to gain more followers.
After this, Eishiro finds Daiki at his usual practice spot and the former agrees to go with the latter’s flow to dance at the next event, while he will have the rest of the authority because he realizes that if he can’t even even understand the selfishness of a person, then he could never become president and speak for millions of people.

LEGIT’s live performance begins and Akira, Chihiro and Naoe go to watch it as a learning step. Akira is mesmerized by Daiki’s stage presence and finally asks for his autograph. Daiki is hesitant to give his autograph at first, but finally gives him one and Akira says that he will hang it in his room.
