My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 2 Ending Explained

To the end of episode 2 of season 6 of My Hero Academia, while High Ends are naturally superior to higher level Nomus in strength and combat abilities, they are also capable of complex independent thought. However, their thought process and general outlook are heavily influenced by the personality they had when they were alive.

With this in mind, Dr. Garaki only selected villains with a strong desire to fight for high goals. Of course, finding and grooming war-crazed villains for the entire project was a daunting task, but the payoff was worth it.

This is why Dr. Garaki looked upon them with such fondness, as he had spent years of his life perfecting his bioengineer soldiers and had to go through an arduous process to produce each one.
