A new collaboration between Vans and One Piece is on the way!
One Piece is the reference manga series for several reasons, first of all for its 25 years of serial publication. But the main reason is its ability to deliver exciting content for fans who would go anywhere for Straw Hat Luffy.
Indeed, as has happened recently with other famous franchises, a collaboration between One Piece and Vans will soon be available. It’s certainly not the first time we’ve heard of these projects, but they appeal to many fans. Recently we have seen the collaboration between Dolce and Gabbana with the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise and Vans with Sailor Moon.
Today we learn that One Piece will also soon leave its signature on one of the most famous garments in the world.
The update comes straight from the MangaAlerts insider’s Twitter page. Here is the content:
As you can see, the collaboration will debut this year on November 11th. So it won’t be long before you see these One Piece-themed shoes. As you can see in the first photos, one pair of shoes features material reminiscent of Monkey D. Rufy’s Straw Hat. It then features several skulls associated with all the main crew members of the series.
Indeed, we can see the skull associated with Rufy, one with Zoro, one with Nami, one with Nico Robin and so on. As of now, there are no details regarding the price.
As for the manga, One Piece is in its final story arc and after the end of hostilities in Wano, a lot of new things have appeared. The most important, but also the most recent, is the official debut of the scientist Vegapunk, who turned out to be a woman.
Other One Piece news includes the 15th feature film, “Red,” in which Oda serves as an executive producer and designs the characters. The Italian release is scheduled for December 1 this year and will focus on Shanks the Red.
