One Piece Odyssey Hard Mode – Does it Exist?

One Piece Odyssey Hard Mode - Does it exist?

Ever since the launch of One Piece Odyssey, gamers who are both veterans of turn-based games and fans of the One Piece franchise have been searching for how to select the game’s hard mode. This elusive difficulty setting has been much sought after, as the game was received as being “too easy”. Luckily, we have created a One Piece Odyssey hard mode guide that answers whether or not it exists, and if so, how to enable it.

One Piece Odyssey is the new One Piece RPG based on the manga/anime series of the same name. The game features a vast open world, with immersive graphics that stay true to the source material. The campaign follows Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat crew as your favorite anime comes to life! If you are a One Piece fan, this game is for you.

Does hard mode exist?

As we said earlier, One Piece Odyssey fans wanted a more challenging game mode. Indeed, some of them are found to be way too powerful when playing the game. Is there a way to increase the difficulty?

For now, the truth is no. There is no way to change the difficulty in One Piece Odyssey.

That’s not to say the game doesn’t have its share of challenges. As you progress through the game’s campaign, the enemies get stronger and the levels more difficult. Even if it’s not a direct solution, that’s all we have.

Will there be a hard mode?

The One Piece Odyssey developer has not confirmed whether a hard mode will be added in a future update. However, the lack of a difficulty setting in the game caused considerable outcry from fans.

It’s not hard to imagine that the studio will add a hard mode to One Piece Odyssey later on. The studio has already put a lot of love and care into this game, so it wouldn’t be surprising if it did a little more for the fans.
