Fans wonder who the title refers to. The blue color of Naruto’s clothes might indicate that something sad is about to happen. Fans expected the Hokage to make a strong comeback in this chapter. However, the leaked raw scans reveal a different story.

The chapter begins with everyone shocked that Naruto and Hinata’s chakra is gone. Himawari comes home to find her parents missing and gets scared looking at the broken picture frame. On the other side, Shikamaru asks Ada if she knows what happened. She confirms her doubts: it is indeed Kawaki who is behind the act. Boruto, Sarada, and Sumire are also present at the scene with Ada. Boruto, unable to bear the news, runs out of the room. We get a glimpse of how Ada’s powers work when she tries to look into the past and see the conversations between Naruto and Kawaki.

Ada reveals that based on her glimpses of the past, she predicts that Kawaki will kill again. Shocked by this statement, Sarada runs to find Boruto despite Sumire and Shikamaru trying to stop her. Meanwhile, Boruto reaches where the Hokage statues are and absorbs a vortex before it absorbs him using his karma. Kawaki then appears and tells Boruto that he trapped Naruto and Hinata in another dimension. He assures Boruto that in this dimension, his parents will not starve or grow old.

Kawaki then attacks Boruto using cubes he made with his hands. Boruto first dodges the attacks and defends himself without attacking Kawaki. He asks Kawaki why he’s behaving like this, and Kawaki replies, “Because you’re an Otsutsuki, Boruto. Do you need another reason?”. They both continue to fight, with Kawaki attacking and Boruto dodging them while defending themselves.

As Kawaki punches Boruto, Sarada appears and asks Kawaki why he is taking such action. Kawaki warns him to stay away, or he will attack him as well. Boruto tells Sarada to go away as Kawaki is behaving beyond reason now. Sarada says that as the future Hokage she must fight. Kawaki tries to attack Sarada, but Boruto gets in the way and gouges out her right eye. This is how he gets his eye scar. Boruto tricks Sarada into running away while enduring the pain. Just then, Mituski and Shikamaru appear and Shikamaru uses his Shadow Paralysis on Kawaki, stopping him while Mitsuki grabs Kawaki’s left arm.

Out of nowhere, we see Sasuke Uchiha standing there, holding his sword to Kawaki’s neck and warning him to leave. Konohamaru raises Boruto. Momoshiki takes control of Boruto’s body while Shikamaru confronts Kawaki. Momoshiki frees Kawaki from Shikamaru’s shadow paralysis and tells him to run away. Everyone is confused as to why Momoshiki did this, including Kawaki. Without having time to ask, Kawaki is forced to flee.

Boruto falls, and when Konohamaru picks him up, it can be seen that he has taken control of his own body. In the last panel, we see Boruto and Momoshiki face to face. Momoshiki warns Boruto that from now on he will lose everything in the blink of an eye. Thus ends the chapter.
