Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 5 – Summary

Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 5 continued with Kisaki making a deal with Takemitchy and Chifuyu to stop Hakkai from killing his brother on Christmas night. He suggests that they should do this alone, as the Toman won’t help them and will even stop them from doing it. He tells Takemithchy and Chifuyu to answer after them.

After a little discussion and even little arguments, they agree to get Kisaki and Hanma’s help on the matter. The next day, Hinata and Nao run into Takemitchy on their way home from school. Nao leaves saying that she doesn’t like wasting time which reminds Takemitchy of Kisaki and he is surprised to learn that Hinata knows him and even went to Cram school with him.

In a flashback, fans also learn that Hinata was with Kisaki when she first met Takemith, and when he saves Hinata from a group of thugs. This is how he fell in love with Takemitchy and we also see why Kisaki referred to the former as a hero in the future.

Thinking about how much Hinata is in love with Takemtichy, the latter remembers that he found out that he broke up with her in the future Hinata and wonders why he would ever do that. Returning home that same night, he is confronted by Hinata’s father, who is grateful to Takemitchy for inspiring Nao to become a police officer, but asks her to break up with his daughter since he cannot promise to drag Nao down.
