Tomo-chan is a girl! The first part of episode 6 featured Tomo’s birthday from her, where she received many gifts from her friends, including Misuu and Carol, who also invited her to Misuzu’s house to celebrate her birthday. They begin the celebration of her by giving Tomo a complete makeover and finally making her look like a girl and insisting that she must buy them ice cream on her birthday.
For a makeover, Tomo goes out to buy ice cream at a nearby store, still understanding how to walk in makeup and heels; she also ends up seeing Junchiro in the store. She is embarrassed to find out about her situation. However, her heels don’t listen to her when she falls leaving the store, and Junchiro helps her up.
He also accompanies her to the park without even realizing that the girl is Tomo, even when the latter questions him about his relationship with her. After her conversation with Jun, she returns to Misuzu’s house with ice cream and finds out that they have thrown a surprise party for her.
In the second half of the episode, we see that Tomo’s incredible strength has put her on the same team as Jun in the upcoming Dodgeball tournament being held at the school. With her combo, they both reach the final and even win it. This makes Junchiro realize how much he admires Tomo.
