Tomo-chan is a girl! Episode 7 saw Jun reminiscing about the time he first met Tomo ten years ago, as the latter had accidentally broken Jun’s game, but after making up for it, the two became best friends and rivals. Jun also meets Misuzu through Tomo, who intends to tease him about his weak body.

Child Jun runs into thugs who beat him up and take the game he had. Later, he receives the same game from Tomo, who says that she just found it and denies beating up the bullies and getting the game back. Jun tells Tomo to keep the game as he will come back to find it once he is stronger than her. Returning to the present, Tomo wonders when she will ask Jun to return the game to her.

The second part of the episode saw the girls and Jun going to the beach conflicted and perplexed by their feelings. Tomo and Jun have fun at the beach and Jun even helps Tomo when a stranger was flirting with her. While eating ice cream, Tomo and Jun are sitting very close to each other, causing Jun to freak out.
